Effective March 23, 2026. These terms apply to website use, quote requests, booking requests, and related communications with Four Brothers Junk Removal.
Quotes and Scheduling
Online quotes, package pricing, and booking requests are subject to review and confirmation by our team. Final pricing may depend on access, load volume, weight, hazardous items, travel conditions, and any additional items or labor required on site.
Arrival Windows and Availability
Requested dates and arrival windows are not guaranteed until confirmed. Traffic, route conditions, weather, customer readiness, and prior jobs may affect timing. If availability changes, we will contact you as quickly as possible to confirm or reschedule.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service details, access instructions, and item descriptions. If heavy, restricted, hazardous, or undisclosed materials are present, we may decline service or adjust the quote before work begins.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due according to the service arrangement confirmed by our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible so we can update routing and availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule work when safety, access, staffing, or operational conditions require it.

Website content is provided for general business information and service requests. You agree not to misuse our forms, submit false or unlawful content, interfere with the website, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, Four Brothers Junk Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, scheduling requests, or delays outside our reasonable control. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
